An Innovative Approach to Office Spaces

The uniqueness of The Moo lies in its ability to seamlessly blend the reception and office areas using wall fusion. By subtracting the three-story space, the depth of the space is reduced, resulting in a visually appealing and efficient layout. The color theme further enhances the overall ambiance of the office, creating a sense of hierarchy within the stacked space.

To promote healthy home furnishing, The Moo utilizes environmentally friendly materials such as particle board, mineral water-based paint, and stone plastic composite flooring. These materials contribute to a healthy space with low formaldehyde and low volatility, ensuring the well-being of the occupants.

The Moo's specifications include a spacious first floor measuring w500cm x d930cm x h400cm, a functional second floor measuring w500cm x d900cm x h300cm, and a serene third floor measuring w500cm x d850cm x h310cm. Each floor serves a specific purpose, with the first floor dedicated to reception and hospitality, the second floor for coordination and stability, and the third floor providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

This office space is designed to cater to the needs of customers looking for cabinet design and sales. By creating a home-like atmosphere, The Moo aims to inspire customers' desires to order and purchase. The carefully configured space allows visitors to imagine and envision their ideal home, making the experience more immersive and engaging.

The Moo was completed in Taiwan in March 2021. Throughout the design process, the team faced various challenges, including creating distinct feelings on different floors while maintaining a sense of harmony. By embracing eclecticism and minimalism, they successfully incorporated elements of different styles and implemented simple ideas to enhance the performance of materials and create a thought-provoking space.

Sheng-Yuan Chen, along with team members Huang Tzu Ting and Liu Chia Fa, has created a truly remarkable office design that embodies the principles of minimalism and functionality. The Moo has been recognized for its excellence and creativity, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that demonstrate outstanding technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
